Site work was underway on April 24 for a new Starbucks cafe being built in Riverview Plaza on Tarentum Bridge Road in New Kensington. A Harbor Freight store also has been approved to be built in the plaza across from Aldi, where Kmart had been before it was closed and later demolished.
