Crews have begun installing upgraded sidewalks near the Harrison Hi-Rise. Work will include a new sidewalk along the stretch of Broadview Boulevard near the high-rise, along with new street markings and ramps compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Mikko Arnone, Colton Fugate, Amanda Arnone and Lucas Fugate plant flowers Tuesday at Springdale Cemetery. Members of the Springdale Veterans Association and Scouts from troops 854 and 554 of Springdale and Oakmont combined to replace worn flags and plant daffodils prior to Memorial Day.
