Westmoreland County’s election board on Thursday approved location changes for in-person voting on May 16 at precincts in Irwin, Lower Burrell and Monessen.

In Irwin’s third and fourth wards, the polling location will be moved from the First Presbyterian Church that is currently undergoing renovations to the First United Methodist Church at 310 Oak St.

In Lower Burrell, the first ward precinct at Trinity United Christian Church that served as a temporary location during the coronavirus pandemic will move to the Grace Community Presbyterian Church at 2751 Grant. St.

The Monessen 1-4 precinct will move from the Hill Top Volunteer Fire Department to a new location at the St. Spyridon Hellenic Center at 119 St. Spyridon Lane.
