The single lane restriction along Route 28 southbound in Aspinwall and O’Hara will continue through Thursday, PennDOT announced.
A single-lane restriction will occur on southbound Route 28 from the Virginia Avenue on-ramp to the Highland Park Bridge interchange from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Crews will conduct sound barrier work.
