State Rep. Jeff Pyle, R-Ford City, announced his office will be closed to visitors, but constituents will be able to call and communicate online with his office.

Pyle, who has district offices in Buffalo Township and Ford City, said he is following directions from the state House to lessen the spread of the coronavirus that causes covid-19.

“We will remain in operation as my staff will be present but not allowed to open the doors,” Pyle said. “The staff will be answering phone calls and online contacts to handle residents’ state business.”

Pyle’s office will remain closed to visits from the public until at least April 1.
