The Tarentum Farmers Market returns for the 2019 season beginning next week.

The market’s opening is set for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, in the upper parking lot of First United Presbyterian Church at the corner of Lock Street and East 10th Avenue.

The market will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Wednesday through October.

The market features fresh vegetables, baked goods and “Polish treats.”

Last year’s produce vendors — Misera Farm, Gabriel’s Urban Garden and Cherry Valley Road Farm — are returning.

Parking will be available in the church lots.

An interactive map of other farm markets in the area is available at TribLIVE.
