The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Tarentum last week as Arquwonna Wright, 30, of Tarentum.
According to police, Wright was shot late Thursday night along Main Street near the apartment building where she lived with her two children, 4 and 6 months. The children were placed in the care of relatives and were not involved in the shooting.
Investigators have not released any other details about what might have led to the shooting or whether they have identified any suspects.
