AK Health Foundation offers free wellness program

Allegheny-Kiski Health Foundation will present a free program, “Avoid Surgery and Reduce Pain by Helping Your Body Heal,” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. April 26 in the conference room at the foundation office, 1 Acee Drive, Natrona Heights, Harrison.

Dr. Jesse Sally will discuss the Regenexx procedures of non-surgical stem cell and platelet rich plasma treatments. Those attending will be entered in a raffle for a health and wellness basket.

Murder mystery dinner to benefit local feline rescue

A murder mystery dinner, “The Spy Who Killed Me,” will be May 7 at the Lamplighter Restaurant, 6566 William Penn Highway, Delmont.

Doors open at 5 p.m. and proceeds will benefit Kiski Valley Cat and Kitten Rescue. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $55 and includes dinner, gratuity, non-alcoholic beverages and the show. There will be a basket raffle and 50/50 drawings.
