Baby shower fundraiser to benefit Wildbird Recovery

Wildbird Recovery bird rehabilitation center will host its fifth annual baby shower from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at its home at Stormy Oaks Nature Conservancy, 120 Forsythe Road, Middlesex Township.

There will be tours of the facility, a children’s Earth Day craft, face painting, a basket raffle, light refreshments and a silent auction. Adult admission is $10; $15 for non-members. Kiski Area Winterguard plans dinner show Saturday

The Kiski Area Scholastic Open, Scholastic A, Novice and elementary Winterguard groups will present Dinner and a Show Saturday at Kiski Area High School gymnasium and cafeteria, Allegheny Township. Doors open at 4 p.m., dinner will be from 4:30 to 6:30 and the show starts at 7. Cost: dinner and the show, $20, 10 and younger, $5; show admission only, $5. There will be basket and 50/50 raffles.
