Volunteers needed Saturday for cleanup

Kiski Watershed Association will hold a cleanup from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the West Leechburg Native Plant Preserve.

Volunteers should meet at 9:30 a.m. in the preserve parking lot and wear old clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Children are welcome to help.

The preserve is on the left when you turn on to West Leechburg Road from South Leechburg Hill.

Another cleanup is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. April 17 along River Road in Parks.

April 20: Kiski Township Volunteer Fire Department is accepting orders for a Marianna’s Hoagie and Pizza sale. Orders and payment are due by April 10. Delivery will be April 20. Hoagies are 14 inches and varieties are Italian, ham and Swiss, turkey, All-American, roast beef, smoked ham and cheddar, traditional, three cheese and ham club.
