Free to-go Easter dinners offered in Harrison
The Christ Our Hope Church Diaper Pantry will distribute free to-go Easter dinners from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the diaper pantry at the church, 926 Painter Ave., Natrona Heights, Harrison.
Advance orders are required and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The menu will include ham, baked potatoes, green beans, a roll and cookie. Dinner orders will be accepted at 412-895-3105 or email frjohn@cohac.org.
Diapers will be issued from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Recipients must drive up and remain in their vehicles. First-time recipients must provide their own identification, the child’s birth certificate and a current WIC or SNAP card.
Alle-Kiski Area Hope Center accepting clothing donations
The Alle-Kiski Area Hope Center is seeking donations of new socks, slippers, underwear, leggings and T-shirts for older teens and adults.
Donations can be delivered from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays to the administration building, 500 E. Eighth Ave., Tarentum.
