Feeding the Flock ministries plans annual golf fundraiser
A golf outing to benefit Feeding the Flock Ministries will be Sept. 14 at Pittsburgh National Golf Club, 287 Monier Road, West Deer.
Check-in with doughnuts and coffee will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the shotgun start will be at 9 a.m. A reception with a silent auction and raffles will be at 1:30 p.m. and a cocktail hour and dinner will be at 2:30 p.m.

Yellowjacket Stadium to buzz with school spirit
Freeport Area School District will sponsor its fall spirit night at 7:15 p.m. Monday at Yellowjacket Stadium, Route 356, Buffalo Township. The marching band and cheerleaders will perform and members of the fall sports teams will be introduced.
Concessions will be open, and there will be a $2,000 cash raffle and 50-50. Admission is free.
