Barbeque bash to feature food, vendors and music

Leechburg Area Community Association will host an end of summer Barbeque Bash from noon to 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the volunteer firemen’s grounds, 268 Canal St.

There will be a pig roast , entertainment and vendors. The music schedule includes the band Frankly Speaking from 1 to 2:30 p.m., G6 from 3 to 4:30 p.m.; and the Lenny Collini 4Pak from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Summer Celebration set Saturday in East Deer

The East Deer Summer Celebration will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday at East Deer Memorial Field, 700 Front St., Creighton.

Community outreach canceled this month

Due to Covid-19 Saturday’s Veggies for All/Cosmetics Closet outreach at the Knights of Columbus in Natrona, Harrison is cancelled.
