Back-to-school bash set Saturday in Arnold park

A back-to school bash will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in Roosevelt Park, Arnold.

There will be games, a bounce house, and free food and school supplies. UPMC will conduct onsite interviews.

Concert planned Saturday in Kittanning’s Riverfront Park

The Arts on the Allegheny summer concert series will feature The Clarks at 7 p.m. Saturday in the John P. Murtha Amphitheater in Kittanning’s Riverfront Park.

The opening band will be the Bail Jumpers. Food trucks will open at 5 p.m. and there will be a raffle at the end of the concert.

Tarentum PD to host children’s bike rodeo

Tarentum Police Department will host a children’s bicycle rodeo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Tarentum Marina on First Avenue.

There will be a bicycle course, touch-a-truck and vendors. Children will receive a free helmet and safety handout bag and a chance to win a bicycle.
