Concert scheduled Sunday in Brackenridge
A concert featuring Two Guys with Guitars Mike Huston and Jeff Conner will be at 5 p.m. Sunday in the church parking log of Trinity United Methodist Church, 847 10th St., Brackenridge.
CDC guidelines will be observed. Donations will be accepted to benefit church ministries.
Campmeeting Association plans last service of the season
The Pittsburgh-Tarentum Campmeeting Association, 1451 Main St., Natrona Heights, Harrison, will have the last service of the season at 7 p.m. Sunday at the campground. The Rev. Carmen Butler , pastor of Allegheny Valley Church of God, will preach.
The public is welcome.
Donations sought for back to school supplies
The Betsy’s Back to School Blessings campaign sponsored by the St. Anthony Guild at Mount St. Peter Church is collecting funds to purchase shoes and supplies for local children in need.

Free shredding event planned at Deer Lakes High School
A free paper shredding event will be hosted by Rep. Bob Brooks from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Deer Lakes High School, 163 East Union Road, West Deer.
Residents are welcome to bring documents that contain personal information, such as Social Security numbers, medical data, tax returns or bank account numbers, to be shredded.
Materials must be in brown paper bags or cardboard boxes with open tops and be in the trunk of each vehicle. Do not tape or fold the box lids closed. Residents must remain in their vehicles. After each box is emptied the worker will return it to the trunk.
