Penn State Extension is offering a free recorded webinar, “Mental Wellness During Covid-19: Emotional Overload,” online.
Topics will include on how to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, including the practice of self-directed cognitive behavioral therapy. The webinar will be available through Sept. 7

Clothing Closet at Central Presbyterian Church accepting donations
The Clothing Closet at Central Presbyterian Church, Tarentum, is accepting donations of clothing for men, women and children, as well as purses, shoes and belts.
Donations will be accepted during Closet operating hours from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays at the church, 305 Allegheny St., and by appointment.

Free movie planned in Boyce Park
The free Allegheny County Family Drive-in Movie planned Tuesday in Boyce Park airfield parking lot will be, “Aladdin,” rated PG.
Gates open at 7 p.m. and the movie starts at dusk. There is a 100 vehicle limit, first-come, first served. Refreshments will be available. The event is sponsored by the Allegheny Regional Asset District.
