9/11 Moving Flag Tribute planned in Harrison
The annual Moving Flag Tribute will be Sept. 11 on Broadview Blvd. in Natrona Heights, Harrison.
Walkers and runners of all ages will carry American flags from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the sidewalks from Lamparski Orthodontics to Morgan Street and back. A police flag will move the entire time in memory of fallen Brackenridge Police Chief Justin McIntire and all police officers.
