Graze Party to benefit Knead Community Cafe
A Holiday Graze Party will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Dec. 14 at Knead Community Café, 1011 Barnes St., New Kensington.
The menu will include cured domestic and imported meats, hard and soft cheeses, spreads, vegetables and dips, hummus, roasted and grilled vegetables, bruschetta, crackers, mini desserts and coffee. BYOB

Annual Lions Club Dinner and Drawing planned Dec. 11
The annual Jack Marino Tarentum Area Lions Club Charity Dinner and Drawing will be at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 11 at River Forest Country Club, Allegheny Township.
Prizes totaling $5,000 will be given away and winners need not be present. Proceeds will benefit Lions Club charities. Cost is $65, advance tickets sales only.

Casino Theatre to offer annual Christmas show
The Casino Theatre, Vandergrift, will present the 24th annual Hometown Christmas production, “Counting Down to Christmas,” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets are $17and $10 and are available at Pomfret’s Paint and Variety, 149 Farragut Ave., Vandergrift, at casinotheatre.org and at the door.
Kiski Area North Primary School to host Stuff-A-Bus event
Kiski Area North Primary School will sponsor the eighth annual Stuff-A-Bus collection of toys and money from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the school, 1048 School Road, to benefit Alle-Kiski Kids, a local affiliate of Westmoreland Economic Development Initiative for Growth (WEDIG).
Toys for children of all ages are welcome, but the greatest need is for toys for ages 11 to 18. For each new, unwrapped toy, donors will receive a raffle ticket for a drawing of auction prizes donated by local businesses. Auction winners need not be present. There will be entertainment by DJ Rockin’ John, a visit with Santa Claus, food and face painting.

Rotary Choral Festival tonight in Harrison
Highlands Area Rotary Club’s 33rd annual Choral Festival will be 7 p.m. today in Highlands High School Auditorium, Natrona Heights.
In addition to Highlands, participating schools are Springdale, Kiski Area, Freeport Area, Deer Lakes and Burrell.
Tickets are $5 at the door.

West Deer
Dec. 14: Pleasant Unity Church, 101 Millerstown-Culmerville Road, will host a free pancake breakfast with Santa at 10 a.m. at the church.
