Super bingo planned in Tarentum
Tarentum Eagles Auxiliary will host a super bingo with a $1,000 must-go jackpot at 1 p.m. Nov. 2 at the aerie, 204 Wood St., Tarentum.
Doors open at 11 a.m. Only 80 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $30, and include a meal. There will be a cash bar and no outside beverages or snacks are permitted. Players must be at least 18 years old.

Freeport Area Library is accepting donations of household goods, DVDs, toys and flea market items for its upcoming sale.

Oldies concert to benefit veterans’ memorial project
Age of Aquarius, an event featuring music from 1965 to 1974, will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 26 in the ballroom of the New Kensington Quality Inn, 300 Tarentum Bridge Road.
Radio personality Susie Barbour will be the host and groups scheduled to perform include Sourmash, First Light, Heidi and the Hellcats and The Love Generation. Those attending are encouraged to dress for the era and prizes will be awarded for best costume.
Tickets are $10 and a portion of proceeds will benefit Veterans of Valley High School Memorial Project in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity.
