Feral cat spay and neuter clinic planned for Feb. 1
Homeless Cat Management Team will host a no-charge spay and neuter clinic Feb.1 at the clinic, 207 Allegheny St., Tarentum.
No-charge clinics are free for feral cats only and are sponsored by individual donors and fundraising events. The Feb. 1 clinic will be in memory of Milton Lendl.
Service includes surgery, pain medications, flea treatment, ear mite treatment if needed and rabies vaccine. Cats are ear-tipped to show they have been spayed or neutered and vaccinated for rabies.
Registration is required. To register, call 412-321-4060 and leave a message. A volunteer will return your call and complete the registration process. This may take a few days. Feral cats must arrive in a standard humane box trap.

Produce to People distribution planned
Food distribution by Produce to People, sponsored by the Allegheny Valley Association of Churches, will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the old Rite-Aid building, 411 Corbet St., Tarentum.
Bring a box, durable bags, a laundry basket, a cooler or wheeled cart for the food.
Volunteers are always needed and should plan to arrive at 4:30 p.m. Individuals, groups and organizations, including high school or college students looking for a project, are welcome. For information, call the Association of Churches at 724-226-0606.
