Card party planned Wednesday in Apollo

St. James Parish, Apollo, will host a card party at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parish activities center, 109 Owens View Ave.

Admission is $5 and card games will include 500, bridge, cinch, pinochle, canasta or a game of your choice. Groups of four players will be arranged. Table prizes will be awarded and there will be two 50/50 drawings and a cash kitchen. For details, call Linda at 724-882-8776.

Free lunch offered Wednesday at Allegheny Valley Church of God

Allegheny Valley Church of God, 216 Catalpa St., New Kensington, will serve free grab-and-go lunches at noon Wednesday.
