Free Breaking Bread dinner set Thursday

Knead Community Café, 1011 Barnes St., New Kensington, will host its monthly dine-in Breaking Bread dinner at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the café.

Hospital auxiliary sponsors Hilton Head vacation raffle

Allegheny Valley Hospital Auxiliary is sponsoring a raffle for a Hilton Head, S.C. vacation.

The prize includes seven nights in a condo at Harbourside III Condo in Shelter Cove Harbor in Hilton Head. The winner will choose either the week of May 14 to 21, 2023 or Aug. 13 to 20, 2023 to vacation. Meals and transportation are not included.

Tickets are $1, cash only. Tickets will be sold from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 19, 20, 26, 30 and 31 in the Carlisle Corner at Allegheny Valley Hospital, 1301 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights. The winner will be drawn at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 31.

Proceeds benefit auxiliary projects for the hospital.
