Tickets on sale for Feb. 11 cash bash in East Vandergrift

Our Lady, Queen of Peace Church, East Vandergrift, will have a cash bash at 7 p.m. Feb. 11 in the church social hall, 411 McKinley Ave.

Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is $25 and includes food and beverages. Drawings will be every 15 minutes. There will be pull tabs, a basket auction and 50/50 drawings. Attendees must be at least 21.

Concert to benefit sports foundation

A concert featuring vocalists Christian Beck, and American Idol contestants Eddie Erwin and Morgan Gruber will be 7 p.m. Feb. 3 at the Oaks Theater, 310 Allegheny River Blvd., Oakmont.

Proceeds will benefit the Shawn Marcellino Sports Foundation project to remodel the ball field at Living Word Church in Plum. Admission is $20 and can be purchased on Eventbrite.com or at the door if available.

Thursday : National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Butler County will sponsor an online book discussion at 7 p.m. on Zoom.us. The selection will be, “What My Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing from Complex Trauma,” by Stephanie Foo. Everyone welcome, even if you did not read the book. Jan. 28: The American Girl Zone at Community Library of Allegheny Valley will meet and have a free Samantha’s Winter Party from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the library, 1522 Broadview Blvd. There will be a snowflake craft and hot chocolate.
