Spaghetti dinner to benefit New Ken fireman

A spaghetti dinner to benefit lung cancer patient Chris Ploski and his family will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Eagles, 2134 Freeport Road, New Kensington.

Ploski is the safety officer for New Kensington Fire Department No. 2. The menu includes spaghetti, meatballs, salad, bread, dessert and beverage. Cost is $10; 5 and younger, $5; dine in or takeout. There will be a 50/50 raffle, basket raffles and a DJ.

The event is sponsored by New Kensington Fire Department No. 2 and the Eagles.
