Career advice available Wednesday at Vandergrift library
Vandergrift Public Library and Pennsylvania Careerlink Alle-Kiski will offer free help with job searching, building resumes and interview skills from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the library, 128C Washington Ave.
Free information about GED testing and assistance with preparation for the tests will also be available.

Cornhole tournament to aid addiction recovery charity
An indoor cornhole tournament to benefit Alexandra’s Light of Hope charity will be from noon to 5 p.m. Feb. 5 at the Springdale Veterans Association Center, 1151 Pittsburgh St., Springdale.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams. Cost is $80 per team and includes a buffet luncheon. There will be a cash bar. Spectator admission is $15 and also includes the buffet. No professionals, please.
