Music festival to benefit Leechburg Pink Day
The Notes for Hope Music and Food Festival will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Hyde Park Heritage Pavilion, 291 Railroad St., Hyde Park.
Bands scheduled to appear include Half Wheel, Right Turn Clyde, Curtis & the Shakerz, Dimwit, Magic and Hot Metal Brass and the Murphy’s 56 East Band.
Admission is $10. No outside food, alcohol or coolers are permitted. This is a pre-event fundraiser to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation via Leechburg’s Pink Day.
Golf outing to benefit Apollo-Ridge Baseball Boosters
Apollo-Ridge Baseball Boosters will sponsor a golf outing fundraiser at 2 p.m. Sept. 10 at The Links at Spring Church, 3257 Balsiger Road, Kiski Township.
