Picnic to benefit pig rescue

A Summer Pig-nic to benefit the Pittsburgh Squealers pig rescue will be from noon to 4 p.m. July 31 at Voodoo Brewing Company, 956 Fifth Ave., New Kensington.

Admission is $35 and includes vegan picnic food, dessert and one Piggy punch. Additional beverages will be sold.

Free concert featuring Miss Freddye planned Sunday

Miss Freddye and Mike will perform a free concert from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the gazebo in Leechburg’s Riverfront Park, behind Cicero’s Restaurant.

Concert series to feature Summer of Love

Summer of Love will be featured at the free 2022 Summer Concert series Sunday at Hartwood Acres Park Amphitheater, 4070 Middle Road, Hampton.

Black Dog Winery and Hop Farm Brewing trucks will be on site beginning at 6 p.m. and performances will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Bring a chair. Popup tents and umbrellas are permitted but must be taken down before the performance begins.
