Golf scramble to benefit Kiski Area HS baseball program
Kiski Area Baseball Booster Board will sponsor a golf outing Aug. 20 at the Links at Spring Church, 3527 Balsinger Road, Kiski Township.
Check-in will begin at 7 a.m. and the shotgun start will be at 8 a.m. Cost is $100 per golfer and includes cart, lunch and drinks. There will be a basket raffle and skill prizes. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Picnic to benefit Pittsburgh Squealers pig rescue
A Summer Pig-nic to benefit the Pittsburgh Squealers pig rescue will be from noon to 4 p.m. July 30 at Voodoo Brewing Company, 956 Fifth Ave., New Kensington.
Tickets are $40 and include food, drink and a donation to the pig rescue.
