Carnival returns to Lower Burrell
Lower Burrell Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 will host its annual carnival from 6 to p.m. Monday through June 19 in Burrell Plaza on Leechburg Road.
There will be rides, games and food. Ride all-night wrist bands will be $20 and single ride tickets will be available.
West Deer American Legion to honor original members
The West Deer American Legion plans to honor the original members of the post Sept. 12 in observation of the post’s 90th anniversary.
