Lemonade stand to raise money for Alzheimer’s disease
Brody’s Lemonade Stand fundraiser will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of Colwell’s Xpress Lube, 660 S. Leechburg Hill Road, Allegheny Township.
Food trucks from Studecakers, the Hot Dog Guys and Smokey Joe’s House of Q will be on hand and there will be a summer fun raffle. Sponsored by Brody Toy, money raised will go to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in memory of his great-grandfather Joseph Kish.
Casino Theater to celebrate anniversary with concert
The Casino Theater in Vandergrift will celebrate its 120th plus 1 birthday with a concert by 56 East Band with Mary Ann Mangini at 7:30 p.m. July 3.
Cake and punch will be served at intermission. Tickets are $20 and are available at casinotheatre.org or calling 724-567-5049.
