Monthly Fridays on Fifth event set in New Kensington

The New Kensington Fridays on Fifth gathering will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in downtown, rain or shine.

Sponsored by the city recreation commission, businesses will be open and there will be music and food trucks. Bring a chair.

The Digital Foundry, 855 Fifth Ave., New Kensington, will host an open house from 5 to 7:30 p.m. There will be youth STEAM and robotics activities, small business and entrepreneurship resources, training information about robotics and automation demonstrations.
