Thank you
The blessing of the spaghetti dinner, chaired by Jackie Fellows, last Saturday evening was more than just a fundraiser for Eli and our family. What we go to witness was a celebration of love and support by our St. Joe’s High School family!
Finding an appropriate way to adequately thank everyone is what we have been thinking about, and are now realizing that it’s not a one-time deal. We think what Eli and our family is meant to do, is pass it on! Give the love and support to others, the way you all gave it to us!
The donations, planning, shopping, coordinating and creating of food, baskets, gifts, center pieces, etc., was over and above anything we imagined. That was all you. Your time, your effort, your willingness to get involved. A thank you letter is nice, but what this event taught us was to act.
Go out, get involved with good work, get in on the action for other’s sake. The real Thank You is this: Our family’s commitment to always remember what you did for us, and our promise to always pass it on. – Eli, Pam and the Swierczewski Family
