Murder masquerade dinner to raise money for veterans
Brackenridge American Legion will host a murder masquerade dinner at 2 p.m. May 7 at the post, 845 E. First Ave.
Doors open at 1 p.m. Admission is $40 and includes dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage. Guest costumes are encouraged. There will be a silent auction, games of chance, cash bar and 50/50 raffle. Proceeds will benefit veterans.

Salvation Army accepting summer camp reservations
Reservations for summer camp at the Salvation Army Camp Allegheny in Ellwood City are now being accepted.
Cost is $25 per child per session and includes transportation. Sessions available include music and arts camp June 20 to 25 for children age 7 to 14; sports camp July 11 to 15 for age 6 to 12; and Indiana Jones Adventure camp July 18 to 22 for ages 6 to 12.
