Spaghetti dinner to benefit Tarentum fire victims
A spaghetti dinner to benefit the two families who lost their homes in the Feb. 21 house fire in Tarentum will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at The Clement, 216 W. Ninth Ave., Tarentum.
Tickets are $10; and $7 for children younger than 12. The menu includes spaghetti, salad, dinner roll, dessert, and soft drink or water. There will be a silent auction and music.
LB Farmers Market accepting vendor applications
The Lower Burrell Farmers Market is seeking vendors for the upcoming season that will run May 28 through Oct. 8.
Markets are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays at 2800 Bethel St. Setup begins at 8 a.m. Cost is $40 for the season and free electric is available. Merchandise must be home grown, homemade or hand crafted. Vendors must participate the whole season.

Cabaret theater event to support St. Joseph HS musical
St. Joseph High School, Harrison, will host a musical cabaret dinner April 2 in the school Patterson Hall, 800 Montana Ave., Natrona Heights.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. and a spaghetti dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. There will be musical performances, a bake sale, basket raffle, 50/50 raffle and merchandise sales.
Admission is $12; 12 and younger, $7. Tickets are on sale now through Saturday at SaintJosephHS.com. Proceeds will support this year’s musical production of, “Into the Woods.”

March 30: A free story time for preschoolers with Ford City Library will be at 11:30 a.m. at the Outdoor Center at Crooked Creek, 142 Kerry Road.
