Evening of chocolate to benefit Animal Protectors
Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley will host, “Chocolate Paws,” an evening of chocolate from 6 to 9 p.m. March 25 at River Forest Country Club, Allegheny Township.
There will be a pasta bar, chocolate desserts, sample chocolate mixed drinks, a cash bar, basket auction and 50-50 raffle.

Deer Lakes Band Boosters set Cabin Fever Reliever event
The Deer Lakes Band Boosters will sponsor a Cabin Fever Reliever event March 25 at the American Legion, 57 Superior Road, Russellton, West Deer.
Doors open at 6 p.m. There will be a DJ, basket raffle, mixers, munchies, beer and soft drinks. BYOB Those attending must be at least 21.

Tuesday and Saturday: The Community Clothes Closet, 1129 Kenneth Ave., will be open from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Items available include clothing for all members of the family, shoes and linens. First-time customers receive 15 free items. Donations welcome during business hours.
Oakmont
