Touch-a-truck planned in Indiana Township
Indiana Township will host a free touch-a-truck from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Emmerling Community Park, Cove Run Road.
Food and refreshments will be available. Additional parking and shuttle service to the event will be at the municipal ball field parking lot on Route 910 across from Cove Run Extension.
Donut Day 5K to raise funds for summer camperships
The Salvation Army Allegheny Valley Worship and Service Center in Brackenridge will host its inaugural Donut Day 5K at 8:30 a.m. June 3.
The event will begin and end at the center, 917 Brackenridge Ave. Early-bird registration by May 26 is $20 and children can be registered for the half-mile Fun Run for $15. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
