Lower Valley Little League to host golf outing
A golf outing to benefit Lowe Valley Little League will be July 27 at 3 Lakes Golf Course, 6700 Saltsburg Road, Penn Hills.
The event will be a 4-person scramble. Check-in will be at 7 a.m. and a shotgun start will be at 8 a.m. Cost is $420 per foursome and includes lunch, dinner and drinks. There will be skill games, raffles and door prizes.

Lower Burrell
Today: The Adult Day Care Mobile Veterans Program will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 1601 Wildlife Lodge Road. There will be coffee and conversation, a health education session, games, lunch, entertainment and crafts. Sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs, all veterans are welcome.
