Lower Valley Food Bank to have distribution Thursday
Lower Valley Food Bank will have a food distribution from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Springdale Borough Building, 325 School St.
Anyone in need of food is welcome, whether they have previously registered or not.
All clients must line up in their vehicles on the left side of Walnut Street facing School Street and remain in their vehicles. For traffic safety reasons, please do not arrive before 12:45 p.m.
Vandergrift Public Library reopens book drop off
Patrons of Vandergrift Public Library can return borrowed books now at the library book drop, 128C Washington Ave.
Returned books will be quarantined and then returned to the shelves.
The building is not open and book donations are not being accepted.
