Brackenridge community celebration to welcome summer
Generations House of Worship will host a summer bash community celebration from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, 1160 Parkside Drive, Brackenridge.
There will be bounce houses, food, trucks, a silent auction and 50-50.
Riverview Relay for Life to raise funds for American Cancer Society
The Riverview Relay for Life will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday in Riverside Park in Oakmont.
There will be entertainment, food trucks, a DJ, a visit from the Pirate Parrot, raffles and a 50-50. The luminaria ceremony will be at 8 p.m.

Food vendors, volunteers needed at Vandergrift farmers market
The Vandergrift Improvement Program is seeking produce farmers, dairy farmers, bakers and butchers to participate in its weekly farmers market program.
The market has been moved to the parking lot across from the Casino Theater and will be on Fridays starting June 6 and continue for 20 weeks. Hours are from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
Volunteers are also needed to pick up wholesale produce, assist at the market, set up and clean up. For more information, send a private message to Vandergrift Farmers Market on Facebook.
