Free food distribution set Tuesday and Thursday in Tarentum
Free food and face masks will be distributed Tuesdays and Thursdays in Tarentum.
Dairy and produce and Eat N Park meals will be given out from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays. Eat N Park meals will be distributed at the same time Thursdays. Free fabric face masks from Hanes will be available on both days.
Distributions will be in the East Fourth Avenue parking lot beside Central Presbyterian Church, 305 Allegheny St. No registration is required for either event.
Allegheny Valley Association of Churches Food Bank open Wednesday
Allegheny Valley Association of Churches Food Bank will be open to anyone in need from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the center, 1913 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights.
Pull into the center parking lot and food will be placed into your vehicle. Senior boxes are now being distributed Wednesdays instead of Thursdays.
