Tarentum to celebrate at Boo Festival

The Tarentum Boo Festival will be from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in Riverview Memorial Park, First Avenue.

There will be entertainment, crafters, food, a hay maze, hayrides and free children’s games. A magic show with Chris Caputo will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Carl J. Magnetta Jr. Amphitheater. The event is sponsored by the borough recreation board. For details, call Carrie, 724-448-1470.

Participants sought for LB Veterans Day parade

Lower Burrell Veterans of Foreign Wars is seeking participants for the annual Veterans Day parade planned on Nov. 11.
