Prospect Cemetery offers tour booklets
Because the annual Prospect Cemetery Ghost Tours were canceled this year, the cemetery is selling a 40-page booklet with photos and history of the cemetery.
Booklets are $10 with $3 shipping and handling. To purchase a booklet, send a check made out to Prospect Cemetery to the cemetery at 802 10th Ave., Brackenridge PA 15014 or call 724-224-4552 or 724-612-0076.
Knead Community Café welcomes donations and sponsorships
Knead Community Café in New Kensington offers free grab-and-go meals on Thursdays to members of the community, regardless of ability to pay.
About 230 meals are served weekly at a cost of $2.50 per meal. Full meal sponsorships are available at $450 per week. Smaller donations are always welcome.
