Fall festival to celebrate autumn in Cheswick
The Cheswick Fall Festival will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday in Maclean Avenue Park.
There will be food, a DJ, pumpkin decorating, balloon animals, craft and more. Sponsored by the Cheswick Recreation Board and Springdale Free Public Library.
Leechburg fundraiser to benefit scholarship fund
The Sunday Funday Fundraiser to benefit the Ricky Albert Memorial Scholarship Fund will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Cicero’s Bar and Grill, 115 Third St., Leechburg.
The Lenny Collini FamilyPak will entertain at 2 p.m. and there will be a silent auction, vendors and food.
Members of Ken Hi football team welcome to ride in parade
Organizers are looking for members of the 1945-48 Ken Hi football teams to ride in the Willie Thrower Homecoming Parade scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Oct. 12 in Arnold and New Kensington.
