Halloween costumes available at Community Library

Community Library of Allegheny Valley in Harrison will sell gently used Halloween costumes during operating hours starting Friday and continuing through Oct. 31.

Outfits of all sizes have been donated and will be sold at bargain prices to benefit the library, 1522 Broadview Blvd.
