56 East Band to play free concert at Concordia at Cabot
Concordia Lutheran Ministries will present the 56 East Band in concert at 4 p.m. Sunday at Concordia at Cabot Haven II patio, 148 Marwood Road, Jefferson Township.
Use entrance 5. Tours of the campus will be available and a happy hour with a food truck will be at 3 p.m.

Fiber arts demonstration planned in Kittanning
The Armstrong County Historical Museum and Genealogical Society will sponsor a free fiber arts demonstration from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday outside at the museum, 300 N. McKean St.
Local artisans Jean Chestnut and Angela Fishman will demonstration of how sheep’s wool was used to produce clothing and household items in the 1800s using period reproduction spinning wheels and looms. Members of the 62d Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Living History Family will be onsite dressed in period attire and museum tours will be available.
Free parking will be available on Vine and McKean streets and behind the museum via the North Grant Avenue entrance.
