Cash bash planned Sept. 18 in East Vandergrift
Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in East Vandergrift will host a Cash Bash at 7 p.m. Sept. 18 in the parish social hall., 420 McKinley Ave.
Doors open at 5 p.m. There will be pull tabs, 50/50 raffles and a basket raffle.
Admission is $25 and includes food, beverages and chances to win $3,000 in prizes. Must be at least 21 to attend. For tickets, call Crystal at 724-882-9212, or stop in the parish office or in the church vestibule after Sunday Mass
St. Joseph HS to welcome Bishop Kulick
St. Joseph High School in Harrison will celebrate the Year of St. Joseph with alumnus Bishop Larry J. Kulick as he celebrates Mass at 2 p.m. Sept. 12 in the school Walter Dlubak Athletic Center.
A social with local food trucks will be afterward. Reservations are required.
A ride with Bishop Kulick in his 1966 Pontiac will be raffled off to benefit the school. The drawing and ride will be at 5 p.m.
