Green Luncheon set by Westmoreland parks advisory board

The 19^th annual Green Luncheon hosted by the Westmoreland County Parks and Recreation Citizens Advisory Board will be Sept. 22 at pavilion 10 at Twin Lakes Peach Park, Georges Station Road, near Greensburg.

Registration begins a 11:30 a.m. and the awards ceremony will be at noon, rain or shine. Lunch will be served and this year’s honorees will be introduced. Cost is $27 and reservations are required by Sept. 15.

The mission of the board is to provide quality parks and recreation sources and programs in Westmoreland County.
