A Vandergrift woman was sentenced serve up to four years in prison for sexually assaulting a teen girl.

Ashley Elizabeth Valore, 36, pleaded guilty to felony counts of statutory sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault for repeated encounters with a 15-year-old girl.

According to court records, the teen told police the sex acts occurred at least six times since last July. The two met during morning hours at Valore’s previous Hyde Park home and at the teen’s residence, police said.

Terms of the plea deal called for prosecutors to dismiss felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, possession of child pornography, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Valore must register as a convicted sex offender, the judge said.
