Mike Dukovich, partner and senior wealth adviser at YTS Wealth Management, will oversee the company’s new office in Aspinwall.

Fox Chapel financial adviser Mike Dukovich is breathing life into a longtime Aspinwall office building, opening a branch of YTS Wealth Management in the former Bradford building that sits prominently at the town’s entrance.

A leading independent wealth management firm, YTS opened at 133 Freeport Road.

“The partnership bought the space and spent a lot of time getting it buttoned up on the inside,” said Dukovich, a Hampton native who graduated from Harvard University.

“The renovation has been monumental, and it gives clients an intimate boutique feel rather than an old stuffy office.”

Founded in 2019, YTS serves high-net-worth entrepreneurs, families and business owners in wealth planning, investment management and holistic financial guidance.

Customized services include financial planning, portfolio management and integrated strategies for tax, estate and retirement planning.

The Aspinwall location will support a growing base of clients across the Greater Pittsburgh area, Chief Executive Officer Nicholas A. Subich said.

Headquartered in Murrysville, the group operates in Mars and Monaca and also has locations in Maryland and Virginia.

Joining Dukovich in the new Aspinwall office is Mary Lynn Meister, client service associate.

Together, they previously managed more than $350 million in client assets.

“We are thrilled to welcome this exceptional team to YTS Wealth Management,” Subich said.

“They represent the exact type of adviser we are built to support — deeply experienced professionals who want to deliver elevated value to clients through a more flexible and resource-rich platform.”

Subich said YTS merges the independence and flexibility of an advisory boutique with the robust technology and service offerings that are typically associated with larger institutions.

For Dukovich, the office sits less than 10 minutes from his home in Fox Chapel and represents an exciting rebranding.

After working in the industry for nearly 20 years, Dukovich said becoming a partner at YTS affords him “boots on the ground resources” that enable him to better help his clients.

An in-house financial planning department and insurance team are available, along with an accounting team that will complete clients’ taxes.

“To come in for a retirement meeting and leave your taxes, that’s a one-stop shop that I’ve dreamt about,” he said. “Clients will love the opportunity to do all this under one roof.”

The new Aspinwall office reflects legacy and growth, he said.

A staple in the community, the 5,000-square-foot building sits near the heart of the business corridor. Its modern, architectural design features natural light that floods the office space.

The recent renovation includes an open atrium, private offices and a conference room.

“We have always believed in building strong, local relationships,” Subich said. “Establishing a presence in Aspinwall reinforces our long-term commitment to the community and to providing personalized, face-to-face service.”
