The Oakmont-Verona Memorial Day Parade and Memorial Service took place May 30 on what turned out to be a sunny, warmer-than-usual morning.
Starting in Verona, the parade made its way up Allegheny River Boulevard to Pennsylvania Avenue in Oakmont, where the service took place in Verona Oakmont Cemetery.
John Schaal served as the parade’s grand marshal.
